So disappointmented with my eyebrow service today. After Hannah compeleted my nails, the MOD, in which I didn’t get her name did my eyebrows. She made a few comments about my eyebrows being a problem because she clearly made some mistakes. When she was finished, she never gave me a mirror and she walked out. I took a look and was horrified because I’m going on a trip in a few days. I’ve been here a few times and have been riding the fence on if some here don’t know English, or are they just mean. I really love the way Hannah does my nails and the fact that it’s around the corner from my home, makes it convenient. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be returning.
:(
Best pedicure I’ve ever had. She took her time and my feet and legs feel so good. At this time, it’s $45 for a deluxe pedicure and $10 additional for gel and $5 to remove gel.
Great experience. They are professionals and helped me with my ingrown nails problem.
This is the second time in 3 weeks that a job done here is a FAIL. My gel manicures starts to chip and then peel off easily. I really liked this place and gave it a 2nd chance but it's no good. Don't know if its the ladies that don't speak English are not trained properly or the product used. For both gel manicures it was 2 different brands used. I've been going here for a year and hadn't had a problem before. I work at an office so it's not my work that is causing the chipping within a week compared to someone who works a restaurant.
Went to this shop to get my nails done for prom. I asked if they can do something like the picture i showed them, they said yes. As the manager is filing my nails, she cut me multiple times to the point where I am bleeding and it hurts so bad. As she’s doing the design i noticed it didn’t look neat as if she was rushing (because she was). The store closes at 7 and i came in at 6:20, I understand she might’ve wanted to go home but 1. I am a paying customer multiple times with no issues whenever i’d get my nails done here and 2. you accepted to do them when you could’ve told us that you’re closing soon. After showing me the design on one nail, I told her politely that i wasn’t a fan of it due to it not being neat and that i’d like to do something more simple like gems. she agreed and as she’s taking the polish off it burned me because that’s an open cut that she did, So i’m saying ouch and she knows that i’m in pain because of my facial expressions. When she finishes my nails i tell my mom that i am not happy with the whole experience and we nicely tell her that she cut me badly on nearly all my fingers due to her harsh and rushed filing. The original price and initial design that i asked for was $65. The new price was an extra $5 because it is gems. Prior to us telling her about the cuts, my mom had already paid the original price because we thought that I was getting the design I originally asked for. She then proceeds to deny that she cut me baldy or she’ll say “I did that because it has to be filed”. My mom is keeping her composure and the lady gets an attitude and throwing her hands trying to brush us off. Because my mom did not want to pay the extra $5 when i’m in pain because of her. Then as we’re walking out she starts speaking in her language to the other people, then proceeds to say we come here all the time. Yes, we do come here all the time and I’ve never had an experience so badly like i did with her.
I really like this place! First time I get gel nails that don’t burn when I put it under the light. I also did waxing for upper lip and chin and it was that good honey wax and it didn’t leave me red like majority of other places do. Very clean and nice people.
Nails began to lift 3 days after getting a full acrylic set so I had to glue them down at home. I went back for the fill thinking I'd give them another chance but even after cutting the existing nails back and having seemingly good technique they began to lift after 2-3 days . One popped clean off after 5 days. Maybe it's the product they use? The full acrylic set was $35 but I was charged $27 for the fill and I had to pay another salon $10 to replace the nail that popped off.
I was there a month ago. I decided to change from the previous place to where I was. I thought that there they did disinfect the material they use but no; Just as they use it for one client, they sit down again to serve the next one. I see that in the comments no one says anything about that.
